Made in Japan in the '80s by Tokyo Sound, the BG-01 is a fuzz distortion for bass. Although intended for bass, it also sounds pretty dang good on guitar as well. In fact, it is essentially an early rat clone (similar circuitry) with added control.
Gain: controls the amount of distortion
Filter: controls the tone
Distortion Level: controls the volume of the distorted signal
Normal Level: controls the volume of the dry signal
