Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: An email will be sent to you at the time your order is placed. You will also receive an email when your order is processed and shipped. Godlyke.com processes and ships most orders within 48 Hours of receipt. Please double check your spam folder.  You may also email orders@godlyke.com for more information.

Q: How do I change my registered e-mail address?

A: Please e-mail us at info@godlyke.com for assistance.

Q: How do I cancel my account at www.godlyke.com?

A: Email us at info@godlyke.com and include your email address. Godlyke respects your privacy and will not sell or give away your email address. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all canceled orders.

Q: How do I get technical support for a product distributed by Godlyke?

A: Please e-mail us at service@godlyke.com for support with products distributed under the Godlyke brand.  Please see the warranty registration section of the site to determine your warranty coverage and terms of service.

Q: How do I obtain a Call Tag for International Orders?

A: Unfortunately USPS does not offer prepaid shipping labels for packages that ship from outside the U.S. If you need something returned or repaired please email us directly.
