Ultra-rare, one-of-a-kind.  Some pedals will indeed be lost to history.  The ApexOD-9 will be one of them.  Originally prototyped as a followup to the Apex808, the ApexOD-9 never quite made it into production due to supply shortages and eventual departure of Maxon.
